March is National Kidney Month!  What a great way to spread awareness of Polycystic Kidney Disease one of the most common life-threatening genetic disorders, affecting millions of Americans worldwide.  It affects 1 in 500 adults and 1 in 20,000 babies.  There are only treatments and still no cure.  Spreading awareness not only gets our voices heard, it educates the next generation in getting the treatments they need to help end this horrible disease.

There is still no cure for PKD only treatments.  The researchers at the PKD Foundation are so close in finding a cure.  There are ways you can help.  In the month of March the PKD foundation is giving a challenge to complete each day of March.
