Be kind to your kidneys. If you have lower back pain, have high blood pressure and are around 40 years old, it is recommended to get your kidneys checked by your doctor. If you know someone who has kidney disease or has been affected by it, do something kind for them this month to let them know you are thinking about them. It can really brighten a person's day who suffers from kidney disease.
